Today I tossed a pillow on bed used right arm.a very sharp pain hit me across my backjust under shoulders.I ccouldn't breath for a few seconds then I struggled to get my breath.I've been hurting around 12hrs now also have some pain on left front just under ribs my breathing is short breaths
