Today I Was Given Both Cipro And Keflex As A

Today I was given both Cipro and Keflex as a precaution against getting an infection in my head. My neurosurgeon removed the stitches today from my head where he had replaced my skull bone flap. He also gave me a prescription for Fluconazole for a possible yeast infection that the two antibiotics MIGHT cause. Do I need to take the Fluconazole now as a precaution, or should I wait to see if I develop one.
