Today I Went For A Routine Medication Refill And My

Today I went for a routine medication refill and my blood pressure was 180/95. The nurse commented that it was high today, but that was it. It is usually around 140-50 over no more than 75-80 at the highest. I have been feeling a light headed and I kind of feel like I am laboring harder to breathe. I have no pain and do not feel sick at my stomach. Should I try to go back to the doctor?
