Today I Went To The ER, I Had Been Throwing

Today I went to the ER, I had been throwing up since 8am and I couldn't eat, everything that I drank I threw up. They told me I had a UTI infection, I've never had one before, my cramps are in my lower stomach, but I had diarrhea and other stomach virus symptoms!
