Today I Went To The Walk In And Found I

Today I went to the walk in and found I had bronchitis. I'm allergic to penicillin so I was given Clarithromycin XL extended release 500mg and told To take 2 pills(at the same time or spread it doesn't matter) with food. I took them around 6:30pm with a smallish dinner due to not having any appetite because of my sickness. I've been having watery dihareeha since then and am currently having extremely bad abdominal pain and stomach cramps, I feel like I need to vomit but I'm in so much pain I don't know what to do.
