Today A Water Line Broke In My House And It

Today a water line broke in my house and it wet an outlet. I (stupidly) laid my hand on the outlet. I was shocked, and I've had a bit of pain and when I touch it or rotate my thumb it stings some. How long will I have this issue? Do I just take Tylenol?
