Today After Using The Restroom I Noticed That My Vagina

Today after using the restroom I noticed that my vagina was kind of irritated. So This evening I used it at home and grabbed a mirror to see what was going on down there only to find what looked like a scratch possibly. It was a little red but not bleeding and is located on the minora. It doesn't "itch" but I can tell something is there. I'm not sexually active so I'm guessing maybe the tissue at work is a little rough. Or am I wiping too abrasively? How long does it take for something like this to heal? Should I put something on it? Like Vaseline maybe?
