Today At 7 Am I Experienced Something Very Strange My

Today at 7 am I experienced something very strange my right hand was gripped on my left had and my hand was numb it lasted maybe a minute. I felt weird. Then tonight at 8:28 pm I was standing in the kitchen and experienced the same feeling of weird but this time my speech slurred and my legs were like noodles and I was foggy as to what had happened. Should I be concerned? Also the second time lasted about the same amount of time.
