Today During Soccer I Was Kicked In The Lower Back...

Today during soccer I was kicked in the lower back... I had immediate pain and went off because I have been having nerve problems in my lower right back going down to my left leg. As time passed it got worse but on the left side which I have not have problems with. It is sharp and persistent. It also hurts to bend over and is on occasion flaring out a few inches up and down. What is possibly wrong
