Today I Bent Down And Water Rushed Out Of My

Today i bent down and water rushed out of my nose. It has never happened to me before. Well i hardly fall sick but i often have serious headche.i told d Doc and i was given bioxime,co-codamol and stugeron. My doc thinks its synosis. Pls i need an advice on this.
