Today I Had A Bp Of 169 Over 116. I

Today i had a bp of 169 over 116. i am tired , breathless with an acidic taste in my mouth , tingles in my right hand in the morning. Have M.E but eat a healthy diet but cannot do much exercise atm because of ME tiredness setback.Spoke to Dr on phone who prescribed Anlodipine to be taken immediately Told me to see own Dr but i cannot get an app for some weeks
