Today I Was Skateboardin And I Landed On One Side

Today i was skateboardin and i landed on one side of the board and it propoeled the other side into the side of my chin. Liek two hours later i noticed i had a huge bump wjere it impacted. Ive been icong it and keeping it elavated any suggestions? This happened today
