Today it felt like maybe I was getting a yeast infection. There was some mild itching, but nothing alarming. When I got home and went to the bathroom to investigate, I found a small red bump, a bit smaller than a pea, to the right of my clitoris, imbedded in the skin flap that becomes the labia minora. It is red, inflamed and very itchy. I tried giving it a squeeze, but nothing happened, other than it hurting. Hours later in bed I noticed another hard lump above it in the thicker skin between my labia majora and the mons pubis, which feels a lot like a swollen gland. My husband and I had active sex two nights ago. I'm a 40-year-old mother of one. Any ideas? Doesn't seem to be a Bartholin Cyst, because of location.
