Today Morning Boiling Tea Spilt On My Tnigh Region ,

Today morning boiling tea spilt on my tnigh region , within 5 minutes I splashed that area under runing cold water tap for approximately 5 to 10 minutes ,when I removed my track I could see 1 square inch of skin peeled off then I applied coconut oil and after an hour applied silverex ionic ointment over the entire area which is approximately 10 square cms and I could see few blisters forming now . is this a serious burn or will it subside with silverex ionic
