Today Morning My Pregnency Test Is Positive But From Last

Today morning my pregnency test is positive but from last 2days iam suffering from fever and throt infection so i am in doubt that everthing is ok because since yesterday evening iam not feeling pain in my brest .please help me and suggest that pregnency test is right.
