Today Since 9.15 Am I've Passed Urine Four Times Up

Today since 9.15 am I've passed urine four times up to now with one blood clot each time. Size 1 inch or so. It did pass with an extremely slight or no pain at all. I drank water and fresh juices about one and half 2 litres or more from morning. Normally I take lots of liquids on and off.
