Today Two Sessile Polyps Where Found In My Symoid Colon

Today two sessile polyps where found in my symoid colon And ascending colon.the were removed with a cold biopsy forceps. Also a localized area of mildly erythematous was found in the cecum. Biopsies were taken with a cold forceps for histology. is there any concern for Cancer.
