Today When I Had A Bowel Movement, When I Exerted

Today when I had a bowel movement, When I exerted myself a little I had sharp chest pains, that went down both of my arms, lasted for about 3 minutes, while ago the same thing happened. I'm worried something might be wrong, this has never happened. Can you tell me what it might be? Thank you, Carla
