Today While Out Running Errands, I Had A Dull Ache

Today while out running errands, I had a dull ache at the base of my skull where it connects to my neck. I felt a little "off" and slightly dizzy as I shopped for groceries. I finished my shopping and went home. The pain occurred again but was slightly diminished in intensity. I took 2 extra strength Tylenol but it didn't seem to help that much. I slept for a small time. Upon awakening, both my arms felt like I had hit my crazy bone. I had the chills. Then at 6:30pm (est) I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my head in the previous location. Years ago I suffered from migraines but the symptoms were totally different and haven't had any in years. The dull pain on left side of skull continues.
