Today While Working On The Computer I Experienced A Blur

Today while working on the computer i experienced a blur through the right eye the best i can discribe is if you had a pie a piece was taken out of the top and thats the window i could see with a pain in the back of the head. I too an asprin and water and it resolved with till the pain so i laid down and took a 15 minute nap i am 66 no high blood pessure
