Tongue Has Small Areas That Are Painful And Some Small

Tongue has small areas that are painful and some small spots that bleed a bit when I brush it. Has been happening for 2 weeks. Also 2 weeks ago, I had extremely sore throat with white spots that went away with antibiotics (zpac) from my friend (can't afford doctors visit), but the sore throat is coming back as well. Sore white spots on back of throat, tonsils and glossopalatine arch. Could this be a bacterial infection?
