Tonight I Had Temporary, Complete Loss Of Vision In My

Tonight I had temporary, complete loss of vision in my right eye. It came on suddenly and only lasted a few minutes with a minor headache following. This happened a few months ago only last time my face felt numb.. Both times was a hour or two after teaching an aerobic class. should I see my physician about this?
