Tonight I noticed minor swelling on both feet, especially the top of the foot. I never noticed it until
I took my socks off and saw the swelling and felt the tenseness of the skin. I do not take any medicines,
I am 59 and in very good health. This shocked me. Yesterday I did have to work on a customer's roof,
climbing up,down and over for 1.5 hours. 5/12 pitch, not too steep. Legs felt tired of course and spent several hours painting from ladders. I would have thought I would have some problems last night but
this showed up. I don't know if it is psychosomatic or not, but I feel the feet lightly throbbing as I
lie here typing this letter. Any clues to what it may be? Thanks.
