Tonight My Nose Started Running And When I Wiped It

Tonight my nose started running and when I wiped it and blew it, the sinus is a bright blue green color. Now I am having postnatal drip on the same side. Had a sinus infection back in April. Took antibiotic and prednisone and seemed to have went away. I also had a salty taste in my mouth which never went away.
