Took A Pneumonia Shot Two Days Ago Swelling Started Yesterday

Took a pneumonia shot two days ago swelling started yesterday fever in the arm and was so red looked like I was sunburned. It is not so much feverish and less red but the swelling is not much better... Should I be concerned or is this the process of the vaccine as this is my second and final shot. A year ago with the first one this was not the case at all. Thanks for your input!!!
