Took Adderal For The First Time Ever. I Took One

Took adderal for the first time ever. I took one 30mg pill at 815 am then took a second one later that day at 11. I didn't think it had any effect on me until I couldn't go to sleep until 3am the next day. I woke up the next day at 630 and took one more without eating anything and had a very bad experience. I now have slight heart pains and tightness in my left arm/chest. I am a little worried and I am looking for advice on what to do or if I should be worried. Is this usually normal?
