Took First Abortion Pill Yesterday At 1230pm.. Took Pain Pill

Took first abortion pill yesterday at 1230pm.. took pain pill at 9:15pm today and the 4 misoprostol at 9:45pm I put two on each side of my mouth between gums and cheek waited 45 minutes and drunk some water to swallow the rest I threw up 20minutes after drinking the water now two hrs later sporadic vomiting and light bleeding but nothing else is happening is it not working did I throw up the pill
