Took Period On 3rd March As Normal In Morning But

Took period on 3rd March as normal in morning but have had sex few times between 12th - 18 March . on 27th March in afternoon felt cramps and sore painful back side went to toliet and had blood when wipe started heavy but got really light pinkish colour and has faded and only a wee bit left when wipe 29th March no pre period symptoms like other months but have a sore head since. Could it be a sign of pregnant???
