Treated For Lymes With Antibiotics For Over One Year. Symptoms

Treated for lymes with antibiotics for over one year. Symptoms improved dramatically. Had to stop antibiotics when digestive system quit working. Lymes symptoms leftover were tolerable. In past year and half, three bouts (one currently) of digestive malfunction and inability to sleep. Endoscopy and colonoscopy show unremarkable findings. No explanations for symptom explanation forthcoming. Is it likely symptoms are due to leftover Lymes infection.
