Treated For Sinus Infection And Blocked Ears On October 18.

Treated for sinus infection and blocked ears on October 18. Have taken 3 cycles of different antibiotics and two rounds of steroids. Hearing test, sinus CT scan, fluid are all negative but ears still blocked. Feels like fluid is in gland below ear. Two months have now passed. Being skin tested for allergies on Dec 3 and seeing ENT again at that time. Blood test for allergies at 182 level. What could be causing the blocked ears? What is the next step?
