Treatment For Back And Penis Pain After A Fall

Since last fall, I have had a constant pain in the tip of my penis and lower back pain. Last night it was so strong I could not sleep. I had Bladder Cancer Treatment 4 years ago and had no problems until last fall. When I visited him, He said I had not bladder problems but he did not solve my penis pain problem. What to do??
