Treatment For Extensive Ostiomeatal Unit Pattern Sinus Disease

Hi. I have a CT scan report which says I have extensive ostiomeatal unit pattern sinus disease with complete opacification of the frontoethmoid recesses and anterior ethmoid sinuses and extensive mucosal thickening with in the maxillary sinuses bilaterally.There is also a 6mm polyp I have had acute sinus infections in the past. I do not understand the medical terms can you please explain it to me in layman wording.I am 53.thankyou for your help.
