Treatment For Headache And Swollen Lymph Node On Neck

small swollen lymph node on right side back part of neck for 12 weeks, weight loss,cant keep down food, small swollen spleen, tired all the time, blood work all ok, docs cant figure out whats going on, oh and headaches bad ones on and off. im 29 im 254 was 278 4 weeks ago. im 5ft 7 in. my eyes are always dark now too
