Treatment For Migraine And Hypothyroid

Im a 25 YO Female 5ft6in 150lbs; Im anemic, have hypothyroidism and where pretty thick glasses. I usually get migraines once a month that radiate all over my head focusing across my forehead or at the base of the head. The pain travels from my head to my neck and then results in vomiting. I had an episode this morning where the pain was centralized at the right frontal lobe of my head and yet still radiated to my neck. I woke up to this and immediately took two 200mg Advil. The Advil didnt get a change to dissolve before I started vomiting but at the sametime I felt like th Advil made me vomit. I felt like I was burning up from the insid out, shaking, sweating and the getting chills. It almost felt like an allergic reaction to the advil but Ive taken Advil since I was young. I just dont understand why this episode was different. It scared me a little. Any information is appreciated! Thank you!
