Treatment For Migraine And Red Bumps On Nose

I have a a red bump in my left nostril for the last couple of days but now a red bump is forming on top of my nose where the bumps inside my nose. This bump is giving me a migraine/headache but only on my left side where the bump is. It hurts real bad
