Treatment For Multiple Small Follicles In Ovaries

both of my ovaries contain multiple small follicles.what does this mean? I am 22 years old,5 feet six inches tall,weighs 74 kg.I have been taking homeopathic medicine for this result.Earlier i had irregular periods.but after medication i got my periods last two times regularly.But i have got anxiety. It is increasing at each period.What is my problem.I am taking medicine also for tension.
