Treatment For Red Sore Itchy Bump On Torso

loc ated on my sde torso i had a small rash 3 days ago it was like a cluster of red bumps now it manifested into 1 large red sore itchy bump it is raised about a quarte inch and is 1 inch thick by 2 inch in length, also the same thing is starting on my back about 6 inches away
