Tri-Previfem - My Wife Either Lost One Pill, Or Accidentally

Tri-Previfem - My wife either lost one pill, or accidentally took 2 on one day during week 2. Tonight(Sunday) she took the week 3 Monday pill, and we know everything will be OK until Saturday. May we continue with the remainder of the pack week 3 and 4, and "skip" an extra day in 2 weeks when they run out, starting a new pack on Sunday, or what is the best suggestion? Thanks JM
