Trying To Conceive For The Past 1 Year. I Am

Trying to conceive for the past 1 year. I am 31 years old. I had the problem of polyph and remove it using DN&C method. Then the doctor told me to do cryo therapy, since I have scar tissue in cervix. First cycle was completed. Today, I did HSG and the report shows that I have "actutely retroverted uterus" and bilateral patent tubes. Is this problem affect the infertility. Is it possible for me to get pregnant?
