Trying To Figure Out What Is Going On With My

Trying to figure out what is going on with my lungs. I have a deep, relatively non-productive cough with a lot of rattling upon exhaling. I don't have a fever but do have fatigue. I've seen an Urgent care doctor twice now. In the first visit he gave me a shot of Kenalog (60mg), (I am very allergice to Juniper and it is pollen season right now) that was 4 days ago with no change. My second visit to him was on Friday and he gave me a Z-Pack which i have 2 doses left, again feeling no better. Thoughts?
