Trying To Find Info On A Pain Killer A Friend

Trying to find info on a pain killer a friend is taking .. he typed in "neitronin". I have been on pain management for 3 weeks; going for psych eval tomorrow morning. Follow up with prescribiing dr. next week. I am taking 3 10mg norco's/hydrocodone and still have pain. Dx'd with stenosis, osteoarthritis, have a hemi arthroplasty since 2006... lose of some of my femur in the process... just want to know what that drug is. I don't want to get hooked on morphine or oxycodone.
