Trying To Reconcile Medicines For My 85 Year Old Great

Trying to reconcile medicines for my 85 year old great aunt. She is having symptoms of visual hallucinations (seeing children that are not there), and what I think is tactile hallucination (constantly picks her nose stating that there is a "film" that feels like a booger and when she pulls it out she can breathe better. She says she can feel it, but no one can see it, not even her).
