Tuesday Night I Started Feeling Cramping And Pain In The

Tuesday night I started feeling cramping and pain in the top part of both butt cheeks. I did a light massage of the area, applied heat and took my regularly scheduled fibromyalgia maintenance meds of 10mg flexril and 100mg nuerontin then went to sleep. I woke up Wednesday and couldn't move easily. The top part of my buttocks was swollen, tight, painful to touch and warm. I applied ice to the swelling and laid on my stomach that's when my legs went numb and tingly so I propped myself up in a sitting position that took pressure off my backside but then my arms went numb...I tried to contact my pcp but I got no answer or call back. Thursday it was the same except my whole back was cramped up and now my skin feels a burning sensation when it's touched..so yesterday the pain was there but not as severe but entire back spasming from shoulders to thighs anf I woke up with a low grade fever. As the day went on I started getting headache when I sat up along with the arms going numb and when I laid down or stood up my legs would either get numb and tingly or feeling like bugs where crawling on my skin. I can move a lot better but it's still painful and I'm still having numbness in my arms and legs with position change as well as head aches. I want to go to the ER but I believe I may have waited too long for a proper diagnosis.
