Twelve Months Ago I Caught Necrotising Fashitis After An Operation

Twelve months ago I caught necrotising fashitis after an operation I had a series of operations that derided down to my bowel I spent months on a vac pack and am doing well still recovering but my mobility is slow and have not much strength in my stomach how long should it take for me to get back on my feet properly? Also I'm coming off morph and am having horrible side effects
