Twice Today I Suffered Pain Around The Bottom Of My

Twice today I suffered pain around the bottom of my left breast, in the middle of my back & my left palm hurt. Left arm also hurt but not the whole arm. Never broke out in a sweat, never hard to breathe but pain did get worse when I laid down. When I rolled over on my right side after about 5-10 min pain started to subside. Is there a test that will show if you have had a mild heart attack after it has happened?
