Two 6 Co-codemal Last Night Along 8/500 With Blood Thinners

Two 6 co-codemal last night along 8/500 with blood thinners and anti sickness (small on low mg) and ibeprophen (can't spell it) o felt sickly for the next day and a little bit after that no loss of appitite (have over eaten a bit since if anything) no proplem passing water or opening my bowls have felt bloated and a little sickly but like I said have been eating a lot but have had a tiny pain on my left lower abdominal region , should I be worried (72 hours since took it)
