Two Adults In My Household Have Had Diarrhea For Over

Two adults in my household have had diarrhea for over 4 days. We both have mild pain in our stomachs, no temperature and bloating feeling. We have excessive gas and the diarrhea is varied from pure water to soft tiny pieces of beige stools. We have altered our diet to avoid oily foods, caffeine, alcohol and fruits and vegetables. we are eating toast, saltines, plain noodles, etc. But, there does not seem to be any progress. We are staying hydrated.
