Two And A Half Months Ago My Recurring Yeast Infections

Two and a half months ago my recurring yeast infections became chronic. I went through a heavy dosage of Diflucan which was not working, then started experiencing pelvic pain where my uterus is. My gynocologist examined me and found no infection (finally the Diflucan worked about two weeks ago), but said my iud may have moved and ordered a lab ultrasound. Within a week I had.to schedule an urgent visit because my IUD had in fact moved and had.perforated my uterus. I experienced relief after the removal, but I still have major vaginal swelling and my uterus is very sore. It's still very painful and it has been there days and felt worse today. Should I be concerned something else is wrong or is the throbbing pain normal after perforation? It's insessant.
