Two Days After FALLING , With A Sore Spot Close

Two days after fALLING , with a sore spot close to my knee resulting, I now have a bruise on the inner side of my left knee and today the bruised dark ccolor has extended along the back side of my calf way down to the inner surface of my ankle,and to my foot. My left leg is quite swollen and is turgid like a football but not so hard. Could I have a blood clot there?
