Two Days Ago I Bumped The Left Tempo To Mid

Two days ago I bumped the left tempo to mid ear turning my head on a door. Hit hard. Yesterday I was fine. Last night continuing now I am having sharp quick toothpick pains that come and go near the upper head area. My neck on the right side also has a crook. I don t know if I slept wrong that's causing this but I need your advise. I can t afford to go to the hospital. Thank you. Sorry to waste your time. I need free advise
